1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tv999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any supplementary policies published by tv999 from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with tv999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
• You are a resident or present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering and betting with your own funds, for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by tv999 for violations of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any funds therein may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and during any subsequent Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

tv999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier screen at the time of the transaction.

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities & Fair Play

tv999 is committed to providing a secure and fair environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in the same name, a different name, or via a proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-driven tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial manipulation through the Platform's deposit or withdrawal channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the tv999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tv999 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tv999 Platform content without explicit written permission.
• Game content and RNG mechanics are provided by licensed third-party studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. Their intellectual property rights remain unaffected by your use of the Platform.

• Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will entitle tv999 to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

tv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for illegal purposes; KYC documentation provided is fraudulent; or the account poses a risk of financial crime. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of all applicable checks.

All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled prior to account closure. 12. Amendments & Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. tv999's failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
